B. Servicios de Taller para mantenimiento y reconstrucción de válvulas y componentes operativos, junto a la construcción de tanques y equipos de proceso. (Nueva Línea: Equipos para Deshidratado Profundo de Frutas y, Secado superficial de Aromáticas y Vegetales).

The HSA Hydro Beam Services SAS provides:

A. Specialized engineering services for the design, diagnosis, configuration of Industrial and Petrochemical Facilities and Projects. Resolution of technical controversies in judicial arbitration processes. As well as specialized technical support in the development and implementation of projects and other productive adjustments.

B. Workshop services for maintenance and reconstruction of valves and operating components, together with the construction of tanks and process equipment. (New Line: Equipment for Fruit Lyophilization and, for Superficial Dehydration of flowers and Aromatic Plants).

Sediment & Scale Control
GAS&OIL INTEGRITY AND OPERATIONAL  ASSESSMENT

HSA® integrally support petrochemical facilities by:

  • Full Process Evaluation of oil facilities for identification and resolution of operational and maintenance issues that may be impairing quality or productive capacity for both Oil/Gas Stream and/or Water Streams.

  • We offer an outstanding expertise in Process design and configuration, automation detailed engineering and process equipment design, construction, installation and start-up.

  • Performing full 3D API Tank Assessment Programs: Laser scanning and digital reconstruction of tanks, terminals, refineries, and other assets services are also available. Assessments include bottom and foundation settlement, shell peaking and banding analysis, along with roundness and verticality, structural column verticality, and floating roof to shell operation gap analysis. Tank detailed internal calibration and generation of strapping tables also available.

  • Quick configuration, design, and detailing of both above-ground shop-built and field-erected storage API & AWWA tank Services. All design Calculations & Drawings conform to API 650/620 Standards. Calculations include full operational internal and external pressures, local seismic and wind loading. API/AWWA Tank Construction.

VALVE MAINTENANCE & RECONSTRUCTION

HSA® provides the specialized service for the maintenance and reconstruction of valves and operating accessories through its network of workshops provided with fully programmable machining centers of up to 6 axes and 72 different tools capacity.

Our regional machining centers allow expedited attention to the repair needs of the oil industry in all sectors: upstream, midstream, downstream.

Sediment & Scale Control
EQUIPMENT DESIGN & MANUFACTURE

HSA® designs & manufactures the following equipment:

 1. Water treatment process facilities: HSA Devices for water clarification, HSA assisted Twin Polishing Media Filters,  Hydro Trap Systems, coagulator systems, high rate sedimentation, floatation systems, raw and residual water treatment plants, oil reclaiming systems, nutshell filters, corrugated plate interceptors, and bulk flow control devices.

 

  2. Crude Oil Phase Separators and Heater-Treaters, HSA integrated units for            customized Crude oil rates, which perform the following process steps:

  • Phase separation of gas/oil mixture: oil, gas, water

  • Secondary phase separation of oil-water emulsion: oil, water

  • Gas foaming control and Oil extended dehydration

  • Measurement of the dehydrated oil stream

  • Measurement of the produced water stream

  • Automatic wash&dump of sediment slurry accumulations

The units are fully automated and its completion is tailored to the Customer’s requirements

  3. Crude Oil Heaters in the following versions:

  • Direct Heating units

  • Designed with intermediate heat transfer agent (indirect heater)

  • Designed with convection heater (Oil only Heater)

The Heaters correspond to PLC automated HSA integrated units which meet the highest requirements of reliability, safety, automation control, and anti-scaling prevention level, operational and economic parameters. Burner flame, heat transfer agent and gas flow exhaust temperature and combustion air pressure are constantly controlled, as well as firetube flame zone temperature and crude oil inlet/outlet flow & Temperature.

 

  4. Fruit Controlled Dehydration New Systems (High Vacuum Dehydration and/or Thermal Barometric Dehydration Systems). We make Optimized Systems for best product packed shelf life properties protection and stability behavior: Construction/Maintenance/Refurbishment Engineering Services.
